We're celebrating a fantastic milestone of providing more than 5,000 couriers on our network with Menulog branded helmets, jackets and backpacks in 2021! That's a whole lot of orange on the streets! A big thank you to our Brand Manager for Last Mile Marketing Sosi Sevazlian and our Partner Marketing team for implementing some great initiatives in courier branding over the past year, which not only help the Menulog brand stand out but play an important role in the visibility of couriers - just one of the many safety initiatives we are driving around the country.#marketing #branding #safety #didsomebodysaymenulog #orange

    A core part of Menulog’s celebrations for Ramadan and Eid al-Fitr this year was our Eid Lunch & Learn event.🌙✨ The event was a great success, bringing together Menuloggers for a delicious Lebanese lunch, which they enjoyed while hearing a short presentation about the meaning of Ramadan and Eid, including personal anecdotes and reflections from our colleagues. It was a chance for everyone to connect and learn more about this important event in the Muslim calendar.

    At Menulog, we know how important it is to support and nurture the growth of Menuloggers, and there’s many tools we use to do this. A new program we’ve added to this toolkit is the Menulog Internal Internship program, giving our staff the opportunity to be immersed in a different team and department that they’re interested in within the business.Recent participant Devanshi Tewari is part of our Restaurant Onboarding Team and interned with the Partner Marketing Team. Reflecting on the program at the last Menulog All Hands, she said the experience has been instrumental in her professional development.“Throughout this internship, I've had the privilege of working alongside talented colleagues who have generously shared their knowledge and expertise. Each week presented new challenges that pushed me to expand my skills and think innovatively.”

    Happy International Women’s Day (IWD)! 💜 Menulog is marking the occasion in a few ways throughout this month, to help highlight that the important conversations that happen around IWD deserve to be in the spotlight more than once a year. Our key activities of the month so far include a series of discussion groups this week (some of which are pictured below), where Menuloggers came together for insightful and constructive conversations about the day and what it means. We’ve also launched an IWD recognition program this month, dedicated to recognising those that champion equality and embody the themes of IWD. We’re looking forward to sharing more of our work around IWD and unpacking the outcomes of these activities soon.

    It’s incredible to see the difference that OzHarvest makes to communities across the country in the organisation’s 2023 Impact Report. The report shows that although last year was a challenging one, it was also full of extraordinary accomplishments for OzHarvest, including its biggest milestone yet - delivering 250 million meals since inception.     That’s a wrap on MenuCon 2024! 🎉 Menuloggers had a fantastic time last week at our annual company conference which focussed on Connection and Culture, and it had a jam-packed agenda to match. Highlights included:- Engaging presentations and panels, including with special international guests from our Just Eat Takeaway.com network- Recognition of some incredible work in the Annual Menulog Awards- Exciting team building activities and celebrationsCongratulations to everyone who was recognised!
